Anand Niwas Monthly Repayment Plan "1/2% per month"
Anand Niwas Bright Future Scheme 10% on every investment
Anand Niwas Sabhasad Aadhaar Loan Scheme 2% on each loan
Anand Niwas Privilege Club Card Business Agreement 500 per contract
Anand Niwas Real Estate Purchase and Sale Scheme 2% on every purchase sale

Terms and Conditions

  • In case of early withdrawal of the investment under the agent, his commission will be from that day Investments will be closed.
  • Every investment shall be credited to the Society's account on the same day through RTGS/NEFT/IMPS.
  • Agent commission will be deposited in their own bank account.
  • If an agent defames the name of the society by illegally taking money in the name of the society, legal action will be taken against him and his agent code will be cancelled
  • Do not use the name/title of the society for any personal gain, legal action will be taken.
  • Do not contact other agent's customer for own commission. Also, if found, the society will take the commission of that customer.
  • The agent shall not give any false information to the customer about any scheme, in which case the agent shall be liable to pay the compensation in person.
  • Registration fee of 1000 and society agreement will be mandatory for an agent.
  • All the terms and conditions applicable to all schemes, the Society reserves all rights and powers to change and modify without any prior notice.
